The payment of registration fee will be processed in United States Dollar (USD) or Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)

* Specialist refers to doctors of all professions including general practitioners and specialists (e.g. neurosurgeon, neurologist, radiologist)

* Allied Health /Nurse / Trainee  refers to allied health professionals (e.g. physiotherapist, occupational therapist) nurses, trainees#

Patients/Students  refers to epilepsy patients and medical students#

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in USD / HKD) must be made by the following methods:

  1. Paypal (information will be provided upon completion of registration form)
  2. Cheque in HKD (for local participants) (Cheque payable to “Genesis Marketing Company”)
  3. Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon completion of registration form)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received on or before 10 October 2025. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 10 October 2025.

Replacement or transfer is allowed, provided that both parties are from the same organization and the written request for replacement is received on or before 10 October 2025.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will issue a letter of invitation by email to participants wishing to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply for leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Rules and Regulations

  • Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis
  • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed
  • Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at info@aesc2025.org
  • The Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid
  • The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive
  • All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat
