The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstract for Oral or Poster Presentations. Abstracts must be submitted through the online Abstract Submission Portal.

Important Dates:

Deadline for Abstract Submission: 19 September 2025 (Further Extended)
Notification of Acceptance: September 2025
Registration Deadline for Presenting Author: 19 September 2025

1) Epilepsy open surgery
2) Neuromodulation in epilepsy
3) Minimally Invasive epilepsy surgery
4) Stereo-electroencephalography (sEEG)
5) Neuroradiology in epilepsy
6) Neuropsychology in epilepsy
7) Other

Guidelines:

  • Abstract must be submitted in English.
  • Word limit for abstract title is 50 words.
  • Word limit for abstract content is 300 words.
  • Each abstract cannot contain more than 1 table / graphic / representative figure (if any) as supporting document.
  • There is no limit of number of abstract submission.
  • Abstract cannot be edited once submitted.
  • If applicants wish to withdraw the abstract, a written request to Conference Secretariat by email is required.
  • Applicants are recommended to organize the body of the abstract as follows:
    • Background
    • Objective
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion(s)
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject and/or to edit the abstract.
  • Applicants are invited to state his/her preferred presentation format (i.e. Oral Presentation OR Poster Presentation). The Organizing Committee of the AESC 2025 reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts to either oral or poster presentation, and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. Applicants' preference of the type of presentation and theme will be taken into account.
  • Applicants who haven't register for AESC 2025 when submitting the abstracts, are required to register for AESC 2025 upon receiving the abstract acceptance notice from the Organizer.
  • Applicants shall be the designated the corresponding authors for the abstract and all communications regarding the abstract (submission, review, presentation etc.) will be sent to the email address they used to set up the account.
  • Applicants are required to input 3 key words related to your abstract

Successful applicants are required to register and complete payment via our online registration portal. If you have not registered with fees paid on or before 19 Sept 2025, your presentation may be disregarded and omitted from the programme. If you have extenuating circumstances which would require later payment, please contact our Secretariat on or before 19 Sept 2025 to make special arrangements.
